60 days of happiness, or your money back

If the hat doesn't genuinely make your sauna sessions better, we don't want to keep your money. That's the whole policy; the rest is logistics.

Within 60 days of delivery, write to hello@kovasauna.com with your order number and a line about what's wrong (or just 'not for me' — that counts).

Skip the post office, usually

For most orders we refund or replace without asking you to ship anything back. Wool is hygiene-sensitive, and making you queue at a counter to return a hat helps nobody.

Money back, fast

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our reply. Replacements ship like any new order, tracked.

The honest details

  • The 60 days count from the day tracking says “delivered.”
  • Defects (loose stitching, shape problems, anything that shouldn’t be): send a photo, we replace or refund immediately — your choice.
  • Gift recipients can use the guarantee too — store credit, so nobody sees prices.
  • If we do ask for a physical return (rare, larger orders), we provide the label and instructions.
