- Orders leave our fulfillment partner within 2–3 business days.
- Shipping is free worldwide over $75 — under that, the exact rate shows at checkout before you pay anything.
- Every parcel is tracked; you’ll get the link the moment it ships.
- Taxes and duties: EU orders ship from within the EU, so there’s nothing extra to pay at the door. Parcels dispatched internationally to other regions (including the UK, Norway, US and beyond) can attract local import charges that the carrier collects on delivery — if that could apply to your order, we’ll tell you clearly before you pay. Never a surprise at the door.
Why not 2-day shipping?
Our hats are made in small batches by wool workshops, not mega-warehouses — and during our launch period they travel from the maker to you directly. As we grow, inventory moves closer to you (European orders first) and these windows shrink. We’ll always show the honest number here.
